I will occasionally go onto the New York Times site to read articles (and after using bugmenot.com so I don’t have to reveal any information to them).

I seldom buy the paper, with the lone exception of this past weekend when I was away out in the Berkshires on vacation and purchased a copy as the Internet was not handy.

New York Times, Los Angeles Times and Washington Post all have great crossword puzzles on-line.

Regarding the news, one can depend on them to be wrong. It’s like the old puzzle of getting the truth by asking true/false questions of a compulsive liar. 👍 Between the three one can have a moral certainty of what the error is.

One time I got the NY Times. Did the entire crosswored puzzle in ink, ONE mistake. Blew my socks right off.

IMO the only worthy read in the NYT are the columns by Tom Friedman. I think his books are excellent too.

The New York Times has a very small actual distribution. But, if you read your city newspaper you are reading the NY Times as they buy articles from the Times. That is a real problem in IMHO.

The only time I even see a NYT article is if I accidenlty click on a link for it on another site without realizing that it was the NYT. They have no credibility with me.

You have got to be crazy to read that fine work of journalism 🙂

As a conservative I love the Washington Times. In Baltimore we have the Baltimore Sun, a liberal paper that would endorse Satan if he were running for president.
