Sometimes I’m afraid I am.
Do other people’s kids say “Mom, are you still on Catholic Answers?!”
I can understand hours spent on here for the Catholics, but what do the atheists’ kids say? “Dad, why are you on that Catholic website again?!” 😂

I can give it up any time I like. 20 minutes later, reaches for keyboard and mouse with jittery hands.

I’m beyond help.

I enjoy it here, especially during this pandemic. We don’t have a lot of social interaction, even at work (we’re so busy in the hospital lab and very short-staffed). At church, we are supposed to come right before Mass (not early), and leave immediately after Mass (no hanging out).

So CAF is a wonderful chance to talk to people and not feel so isolated!

Admitting it is the first step, isn’t it!
At least some of us are willing to own up!

I’ve actually had times I had to step away because it was taking up too much of my attention at times I owed that attention elsewhere.

I’m not addicted because I’ve found that a post has been deleted and a thread locked.

Yes, definitely.

I go through periods where I don’t log on for days, and others where I post non-stop morning to night.

I’m in one of those manic phases right now. Getting slightly agitated, getting in trouble.

Leave and go to the safe place, lol! Stop getting in trouble! Have a cookie! 🍪 🍪
