Our 16 yr old is going with a group from our parish. There’s a bus going from the Baltimore diocese! —KCT

I think it will be an amazing experience, not only for the teens but the adult leaders as well. It is overwhelming to see kids so pumped for Christ and not be afraid to admit, that’s its cool to be Catholic!

Our kids have gone to Mount 2000 for several years. NCYC sounds like a HUGE version of Mount 2000. My daughter can hardly wait. Her bus leaves our church parking lot at 5am!

We leave with a delegation of 360 from our archdiocese of Chicago in just 2 days. We are pumped!🙂

I’m about to head back to location for the final day of NCYC. So far their program has been good, but with a few parts that are problematic, both theologically and pastorally (and believe me; I’m no traditionalist). We’ll see how it goes today.

I was a bit dismayed when our YM returned from this conference - he had lots of posters and CD’s and DVD’s from Protestant music artists. I would think that a CATHOLIC conference would promote CATHOLIC music and musicians 🤷
