Aren't tattoos bad?

i recently read a question on this page stating: “Can I get a rosary tattoo?”

I have read in the Bible that tattoos are wrong (Leviticus). the reason I ask this question is because the person who responded to the one who had the original question said it was ok to get it because it did not have any bad intentions…

I know our bodies are a temple where the Holy Spirit abides…could you please answer this question…thank you:confused:
