Hi everyone,
I’ve been looking for an adequate rebuttal to the argument made by Andrew Klavan (in the video attached) that Natural Law actually permits same sex relations. He accurately sites the Churche’s position and intellectual tradition regarding Natural Law, but he makes a counter argument against it and I’m not sure how to rebut it.
Of course I think he needs to find some limiting principle, otherwise his position would seem indistinguishable from “the ends justify the means” which is clearly false. Can someone help me out with this one? I’m prepared to read an entire book on the subject if you have any recommendations.
Thanks!
Eric
