Arizona Catholic Diocese Prohibits Mass at Venue Hosting Abortion Event

**Phoenix, AZ (LifeNews.com) – **A Phoenix, Arizona-area ranch that held a fundraising event for Planned Parenthood won’t get to have a mass associated with a Catholic event it’s holding. That’s after the Phoenix Catholic Diocese said it wouldn’t honor the facility’s support for the abortion business.

Corona Ranch has been hosting an annual Our Lady of Guadalupe celebration for 30 years. The next one is set for Monday, but there won’t be a priest there for an accompanying mass.
If it was not for the job I have now in the Detroit area and the opportunities to further my education here, I would consider moving to Phoenix

At least Phoenix, AZ would make quite a nice vacation spot, from the sound of it! 🙂

Yep. That is the correct one. I use the print version when pasting since it needs less editing. Did not switch back to get the proper link.

Having lived there for 20 years, I can say that Phoenix is exceedingly hot for 9 months out of the year, the air is a thick brown cloud, the houseing is a sea of look-a-like orange tiled roofs and the traffic is unbelievable. Vacation spot? Not!
However, with the comeing of Bishop Thomas Olmstead, the Catholic climate has much improved.
