Baptism removes Original Sin, which is transmitted from generation to generation back to our original parents. Since an extraterrestial would not be biologically human and have a different origin, wouldn’t the sacrament not apply to them?

I wonder if the reason why humanity hasn’t formally discovered intelligent alien life is because God doesn’t want us to find them. Perhaps for fear that we might bring weeds that would infect his perfect garden over there.

Maybe in heaven or on new earth, the Lord would enlighten us about any of his other creations, that is, if any existed

Maybe, but there is also a chance that there is simply no alien life and we live in the best of all possible worlds.
