As a Catholic should I attend a Gay Pride Parade

I have friends who are Gay. I hate the sin not the person. My view point is that we are all sinners in some form or another; I don’t point the finger at my gay friends just as they don’t point the finger at me for my sins. It is between that person and God. My personal thoughts aside, if I attend a Gay Pride Parade am I condoning a lifestyle?

Dear friend,

If that isn’t a public expression of approval for that life style, I don’t know what is. You would do more for your friends who have same sex attraction by spending that time praying for them before the Blessed Sacrament. Everyone needs prayer.
