And there you go, you blame him (and misunderstand him). He has killed no one and will probably never kill anyone. Yet you blame him which is a backward license to all others as he is responsible not them.
Here’s where you’re confusing me. Are you not Catholic or Christian?

Obama (and everyone else who is pro-abortion) will be responsible to God. God will blame him when he passes laws that allow babies to be killed a day before or after they’re born. Murder is a mortal sin. As Catholic Christians, it is our responsibility to protect the eternal souls of others from damnation by informing their consciences. If they choose to ignore being informed, then we’ve done our duty, and they’ll have to answer to God.

If you’re not Catholic or Christian, then I can understand your stance, but from a spiritual standpoint, you’re incorrect. But if you don’t believe in Heaven and Hell, then this debate doesn’t really matter, does it?

I do agree that Obama has not killed anyone and no one is saying that he did. He is on record as saying that one of his first acts as president will be to sign the Freedom of Choice Act, which is nothing more than saying that he wants any and all laws against abortion outlawed. A pre-born child can be killed at any time from conception up to moments before birth, for any reason and for no reason. A teen-age girl can have her unborn child killed and her parents don’t even have to know anything about it.
Abortion is murder and those who permit it will have to answer to God. Remember, He has given us the commandment not to kill. He didn’t say that we are not to kill after birth, but not to kill, period. As Christians, we are to follow His commandments and murder is a biggy.

Also, it is not a backward license. No one is saying that the others are not responsible. Those getting abortions are responsible. And those procurring abortions are responsible and those making abortions accessible are responsible. The Church has a very clearly defined outline of where responsibility lies in this issue. Unfortunately, the Church has said that those voting for pro-abortion candidates are responsible as well.

Again though, the debate is pointless in my mind if you’re not coming from a religious background.

Barack isn’t anymore responsible for someones abortion than we are.
I agree
That being said, he’s been given the ability as a public servant to speak out against it and to try to make a difference.
I think he is doing that. I think some do not understand the method he uses for this
Sitting back and doing nothing, or making and approving laws that are in support of allowing abortions to happen isn’t right.
My opinion is this is a misunderstand of what “Law” is
God calls him to pray for the victims and to work toward stopping the killing of innocent life.
I think he is doing this
Yet he pushes on toward a country that has the license of choice.
You do a good job below explaining freedom verses license. People cannot get licenses, what the “Law” allows is freedom from prosecution. The fundemental problem is people do not always follow the “Law” so making abortion illegal and following up with prosecution does not end abortion. I understand it may reduce abortion, however it will reduce abortion less than educating people
There is a difference between freedom and license. We have the freedom choose where we want to work, where we want to get our gas, what we want to do in our free time. Then, with the help of pro-choice legislation we gain license. License to choose the value of life, to choose ourselves over others. This is dangerous ground, and a very cleaver misconception by the devil.
