Ascension Day -- Thursday

I can’t let today pass by without acknowledgement. Waiting for Sunday just doesn’t sit with me.
It must be personal tradition. It was on Ascension Thursday a long, long time ago that I was confirmed in the Anglican communion.
I went to pray the Divine Office online today, but they are following the new calendar just as my local parish does.
At least I have my Latin Missal.

This was just on my mind and I felt like ‘letting off steam’ so to speak.
