So…first post here - just asking for some prayers for my family and I. My wife and I just found our we’re pregnant with our 2nd child! While we’re very excited, it was a total surprise - we’re Creighton method users, and we were “playing by the rules” - so were very surprised. Very excited for the baby, it’s just a couple other things that sound minor, but seem like they cause major stress.
More a stressor for my wife:
Due date of baby #2 is 2 days before her youngest sister’s wedding (in March) - sis was very happy for us and tried to move the wedding, but can’t. That by itself isn’t too bad, but the big stressor for me is…
We planned on relocating from AZ to the east coast to get closer to her family towards the end of the year. We’ll be accelerating that process now. And while I know we won’t go unless it’s a better job, better situation for the family, etc - I figure it’ll happen - guess it’s just the stress from “planning on it” to “really going to do it” - but I’m still rather stressed, could use some prayers for guidance and some peace of mind.
