Obviously, the Catholic Church teaches that artificial contraception is a mortal sin, even in marriage. This includes pills and condoms.
I’m wondering what some forum members that are non-religious (atheists/agnostics/secular humanists, etc) think about artifical contaception?
Do you see anything negative about separating a woman’s unique fertility and sex with artificial contraception?
What have you to say about how artificial contraception is possibily the seed of other things (population control, abortion, lack of respect for life, etc)?
Doesn’t it make women an object for a “quickie” by men? Kinda like “I’ll have sex with you but don’t care much for the consequences, etc”
