Attaching Other Medals To Your Rosary

I have a Rosary I had made a few years ago. I say the Rosary and Divine Mercy Chaplet using this Rosary. I purchased a St. Michael Chaplet from the Carmelites and it was blessed. Would it be wrong to attach the blessed St. Michael medal to my Rosary. I would prefer to carry one set of beads instead of two, that I can use for all my prayers.

There is no “rule” against this as the Rosary is a private devotion and the beads are only there to help you keep count of the prayers.

I’ve attached two medals to my Rosary: the Guardian Angel/St. Michael and a Divine Mercy.
