Frankly, I can’t imagine there is a “Catholic position” on auricular therapy. I’d consider it much like acupuncture - a therapy that originated in China that gradually gained favor in the West, as well. (Of course, acupuncture has been shown to actually work; I have no idea how successful auricular therapy is!)
