One thing that hasn’t been much remarked on is that Francis speak such more frequently about sin, sinners and the devil than his predecessors, which is the obverse of the secular and diluted-christian view which features the idea that mercy consists in pretending sin is unreal.
He constantly reminds us that we.have no right to keep the treasure of the gospel to ourselves; that we only do so out of a.certain self-preservation to the detriment of those who need it most.

Being a Christian doesn’t mean that one must be extroverted, but he should, in concordance with his talents, share the good news in any way he can. As the Apostle said: “In all your acts, glorify his name.”
