Must be getting ready to hibernate… every autumn I get this urge to clear and clean… added incentive this year is the fact of a move ahead although not yet sorted where, ( God is in charge of that…)

Been emptying out and bleaching cupboards and drawers…sorting books etc for the charity shops… even ( !) tackled the dreaded cupboard under the stairs today, to the glee of the cats,

All has made me VERY HUNGRY so food time then a quiet youtudbe and knot, feeling very virtuous indeed…

Is it just me?

I have seasonal decorations that I get out in September, so I always do more cleaning as I switch them out with the spring/summer stuff.

I’m usually far more inclined to clean out in fall than in spring. 🤷 😃

I have been tackling room after room in recent weeks. Of course, fall isn’t actually here yet, so I suppose I have the “late-summer-cleaning” itch right now. 😛

I love autumn.

I also deep clean in the fall to get ready for thanksgiving and Christmas.

So glad I am not alone in this!

Where does the junk come from? It seems to breed…

Three more drawers done… With a move ahead…

Maybe a form of hibernatory nesting… 😉

Just did part of my Autumn cleaning. Washed the outside windows, cut back the plants and actually moved things to dust under them before vacuuming…😃

We’ve been doing the outside cleanup around here, but my big indoor deep cleaning is during Advent and Lent now. There’s not very many months between there, but with winter and salt and yuck being tracked in on snow boots, we need it! And of course, in Lent especially it’s very penitential. 😛

All sounds good… A this rate I will be all packed etc before I find a house… ah well…onwards, and thank you for the companionship… No snow here just mud…
