After doing some digging, I found the following information about the Latin Mass at WYD Rio, which will start soon.
The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the ancient see of the Diocese of Rio de Janeiro will host the Latin Mass, catechesis sessions, and will be responsible for the pastoral care of pilgrims there. Schedule is as follows:
