Avoiding being pharisaic

can you guys help me avoid being pharisaic?

the point of cahtolicism is to love, but at the same time to discern from good and evil… i have atough time in this , which is probably pharisaic sydrome or being scrupulous, this is in regards to a comedy that iw ant to buy… its not bad or anything ( anchorman 2) but am i being overboard?
