what are the traditions which 2 Tessalonians 2:15, 1 Corinthians 11:2, etc refer?

is kneeling or bowing to our images an apostolic tradition? do early Christians also bow to images? what about the sign of the cross? the waving of palm leaves during Palm Sunday? are these an example of Apostolic tradition?

Or the Apostolic Tradition is the “eyeglasses” which helps us Catholics read the bible more clearly and within the proper context?

thanks for the answers

Kneeling or bowing is popular piety, not apostolic tradition. with possibly the exception of the Cross or Crucifix. Waving of palms is of course Scriptures in origin.
