This may not be the correct forum, if so please forgive my error. I am curious as to which of the saints led less than moral lives prior to coming to Christ? Which are not mentioned in the bible?

the only saints mentioned in the bible are those in the first generation or so of the Catholic Church, the apostles, the first disciples and those they brought into the Church, Mary Magdalene, Paul, Timothy etc. Most of what we know about saints in the first centuries is preserved in sacred Tradition, unless the saint is one of the early Fathers who left writings.
Paul of course had a spectacular conversion, Mary is the woman from whom 7 demons were exorcised by Christ, sometimes identified with the unnamed woman taken in adultery, or the woman who washed his feet with the tears of her contrition. Peter called himself a sinful man. Thomas doubted.
Benedict ended up founding a monastery because he was fleeing the sinful popular culture of Rome in his time, and used bodily penance to tame his own inclination to sensual sin, as did many saints. Francis converted from a life of wine, women, song and the sins that accompany such pursuits. Ignatius, like Francis, was a soldier before his conversion and no stranger to the vices soldiers were noted for in those times.
