My wife and I give it up for lent. A dollar a word. At the end of lent we donate it to charity. People in her office are aware so they keep a running tally. I dont count words said under my breath… lol. The first week is hard but then it’s pretty easy. Honestly we can control our language easily. You always think of words before your mouth forms them.
