Bad popes questions

If you’re expecting all pope’s to be saints, you will be quite disappointed. Indeed, some were not very nice people. But God works through sinners. Let’s be happy about that since we all fall into that category. That the Church survived persecution, the dark ages and even some poor papal leadership should be a great sign to all that God is in control.
 
Bad Popes was the devil trying to pull down the church, of which, he failed. Jesus said the church would stand strong (in so many words)
