Bad staff-admin situation at school

Please pray that I will have wisdom, discernment and good judgment. And for staff and admin to resolve issues to the benefit of the students. I need the prayer support because I am under serious attack. Thank you all.
 
Prayer for the Help of the Holy Spirit

O God, send forth your Holy Spirit into our hearts that we may perceive, into our minds, that we may remember, and into our souls that we may meditate. Inspire us to speak with piety, holiness, tenderness and mercy. Teach, guide and direct our thoughts and senses from beginning to end. May your grace ever help and correct us, and may we be strengthened now with wisdom from on high, for the sake of your infinite mercy. Amen.

Prayer for Enlightenment

Heavenly Father, strengthen and enlighten teresitasi. Show her the way satan is hindering and tempting and lying and distorting the truth. Enable her to please You. Enable her to be aggressive in prayer and faith. Enable her to be aggressive mentally, to think about and practice Your Word, and to give You Your rightful place in her life. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

You have my prayers. I have been where you are and have much empathy for you in this situation. Pray each day for His Holy angels to be in your classroom, the halls, the offices etc. Ask for His Holy protection. (pray the St. Michael prayer) You yourself can do little without Him, so rely on Him to be your strength and it is good to ask for the prayers of others also. Remember that you are to love all those around you in even the littlest things. I know this is hard, but He can give you the grace to do this. Ask Him to love others through you in all. Forgive easily, even…ESPECIALLY those who are not kind or even fair to you. This is what our Lord requires (…think about the Lord’s prayer) Also, it releases such grace in your life and those around you. You don’t have to “feel” like forgiving…just say something like, “in the Holy Name of Jesus I forgive you”…release the wrong to Him and realize you are doing an act of sacrifice and showing humility by doing this unto our Lord. God will use our obedience and humility to guide others to Him!! I’m not saying it’s easy…it isn’t, but…it is His way and if we call ourselves His disciples we follow Him who “emptied Himself…and gave Himself…” for us. So too you do the same for Him. Teaching is becoming a very difficult job these days and my heart goes out to you as I JUST retired from teaching.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Prayer for Wisdom and Discernment

Lord, I pray You would give me Your wisdom and understanding in all things. I know wisdom is better than gold and understanding better than silver (Proverbs 16:16), so make me rich in wisdom and wealthy in understanding. Thank You that You give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding (Daniel 2:21). Increase my wisdom and knowledge so I can see Your truth in every situation. Give me discernment for each decision I must make. Please help me to always seek godly counsel and not look to the world and ungodly people for answers. Thank You, Lord, that You will give me the counsel and instruction I need, even as I sleep.

Thank you, everyone, for your prayer and words of support. The situation remains serious, due to unwillingness of some to listen and a certain hardness of heart. My concern is how it is affecting the students because we cannot move forward if we are not focused on the same goal, and student discipline is particularly affected. I continue to pray for deliverance, peace, reconciliation and for God’s will to be done. God bless you all.
