I recently went to a baptism where at the giving of the Candle to the newly baptised baby candles were given to parents and godparents too.
I thought it was a fine thing to do, but also wondered whether the liturgy allowed it.
Has anyone else come across this, and has thoughts?
Any other baptismal customs during the liturgy in addition to what is in the rite?
