Baptism for Same Sex couple Adopted Babies?

What’s the Norm for that, has there been a declaration of the Synod which addresses that problem?

In a certain sense there is no norm, it really all depends on the totality of circumstances. All that canon law requires is that “there must be a founded hope that the infant will be brought up in the Catholic religion” (canon 868 §1, 2). The living situation of the parents is a part of that equation but it is not the totality of that equation. The Church attempts to balance the common good and what is in the best interests of the child, the Church does not seek to punish the child for the sins of the parent. In most dioceses the protocol is for the parish priest to consult with the Bishop’s office when such situations arise.

The USCCB has stated:

Baptism of children in the care of same-sex couples presents a serious pastoral concern. Nevertheless, the Church does not refuse the Sacrament of Baptism to these children, but there must be a well founded hope that the children will be brought up in the Catholic religion. In those cases where Baptism is permitted, pastoral ministers should exercise prudential judgment when preparing baptismal ceremonies. Also, in preparing the baptismal record, a distinction should be made between natural parents and adoptive parents.

Msgr. Pope from the Archdiocese of Washington, DC in a detailed blog piece has stated:

Discretion is the operative word. We still have every reason try to baptize children in these irregular situations; after all, it is not the fault of the child. However we must balance the common good of avoiding scandal with the individual good of each child by seeking to handle these baptisms discreetly, giving no opportunity for public confusion regarding what we must reasonably and biblically oppose (same-sex unions)…
