Baptism.Is the sacrament necessary for salvation?

My evangelist friends do not baptize their infants. They dedicate them to Jesus and when adult may choose to be Baptized. The Grace of the cross’ has opened the way to heaven for all. Faith, as worded in Ephesians 3:8 Eph.1:7 demonstrates this, also many miracles that Jesus did were based on the faith of the recipient.
