Why do you think it is? That’s not the Church’s position.
 
I ve no idea…i would like to Know IF its preferable and why?
 
I’m sorry, but your question does not make sense. Preferable means as compared to something else. The Roman Ritual is the source of the rite of baptism.
 
I assumed he/she meant the 1962 Rituale Romanum, as opposed to, say, The Rite of Baptism for One Child.
