Having a fallen nature does not necessarily mean you are sinful. A sinful person is one who sins. Mary did not sin therefore she was not a sinful person. We call Mary “All Holy” in the present tense because we seek her intercessions as she is now in the present. What she was or wasn’t in the past has absolutely no bearing on the issue. So Jesus’ human nature taken from a sinful Mary was also sinful? And here I thought Jesus had no sin and that Mary was full of grace. How can we call Mary “All Holy” when she wasn’t?
John.
