In The Book of Lamentations, Chapter 3 Verse 27 states:

      It is good for a man to bear the yoke from his youth.          
    
   Please explain.     :whistle::whistle::whistle:
 
A Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture by Dom Bernard Orchard states:
“It is good for a man that he bear the yoke from his youth, that is, that he accustom himself from youth to bear with courage and confidence the trials of life”
