I am really enjoying this beautiful art of Lord Jesus by Rembrandt, titled Christ With Arms Folded. It’s beautiful and I just wanted to share it! It captures perfectly how I imagine Jesus: gentle, grippingly deep, ethnically Semitic in his manhood, of veiled mystery and light together, and full of tenderness and total lovableness in his very being. Thank you for your art that has lasted the ages, Mr Rembrandt. And thank YOU Lord Jesus for being our Beloved King, our Lord and our God.
