Been having nightmares

So the last month or so I have been having realistic nightmares of an intruder in my home. Scary dreams the type you wake up from and are so glad it was a dream!
Well tonight I was sitting on the couch and saw my front door handle move and someone push on the door. Luckily the deadbolt was locked! I got up to see who was out there but nobody was there. Now it really scared me after these dreams I have been having! What should I do? What type of prayers can I pray?

Ring the police , tell them you think you had an intruder, and do not go outside to see if someone was there.
