Hello:

In the Mass, before receiving the Host in the mouth, should be done genuflection and to do the sign of the cross or no longer is necessary because is sufficient with the internal feeling?

If you’re in the US the norm is to bow the head, not to genuflect.

See the GIRM section 160: When receiving Holy Communion, the communicant bows his or her head before the Sacrament as a gesture of reverence and receives the Body of the Lord from the minister. The consecrated host may be received either on the tongue or in the hand, at the discretion of each communicant. When Holy Communion is received under both kinds, the sign of reverence is also made before receiving the Precious Blood.

The sign of the cross after receiving is a personal choice, nothing requires it and nothing prohibits it. It is what many older (me) Catholics were taught at First Communion.
