Friends,
About 3 months ago I felt compelled to start a group whose purpose would be to put our Christian faith into action. I can’t p(name removed by moderator)oint a definitive impetus other than being FED UP with the slew of obscenities in our culture that are waging war on our nation’s peace. My goal was to provide a means for others, who feel like I do, to organize and fight for good together, rather than as individuals.
My general plan of action was this:
To date, I have done nothing. What has prevented me is my great uncertainty over whether ANY of this is the right thing to do!

My general plan of action was this:
- Education on a topic in question
- Action through letter writing and petitioning
- Action through demonstration
- Action through organized boycott
To date, I have done nothing. What has prevented me is my great uncertainty over whether ANY of this is the right thing to do!
- What if the issue I propose to lend our support to is not the one the group members thinks is important?
- What if the “education” I offer on a topic is inadequate?
- How do I convince them that letter writing and boycotting are effective strategies?
