Being happy on earth vs going to heaven

If you had the option of staying on earth and going to heaven faster, which one would you choose?..lets say life was good and you were happy with a good job, a loving family, volunteered alot, traveled alot etc etc. You were also sure of your salvation. Would you rather give up your life and happiness on earth and go to heaven faster if God gave you a choice or would you still choose to enjoy yourself and your happy life and have God take your when your old and wrinkly??

I would choose to keep living here on earth as human…even understanding the state inlife u mention…l know theres risk…but human life isn’t perfect, I know… do sticking around can mean a job story.

My dad is near death. Ice cold alcoholic. No apologies necessary. He has been abusive, neglecting, saying things to the effect my mother should have swallowed me, and im not worth the conjugal venereal activity pleasure that animated the zygote called me… my dad does not accept visitors. my point is I don’t know if he’s goin to hell…cuz i dont know his heart…hes always been an athiest as long as I’ve known

I would ask God what he would like me to do, and do his will, not mine.

If God gives us a choice, then we’re free to choose. Just be careful what you choose. Would hate to miss out on even greater happiness and the opportunity to once again see and be with departed loved ones in heaven, if they’re there.

We’re all going to experience physical death eventually, so even if God allowed you to choose, and you choose remaining on earth, you won’t be here forever. Unless you have the new earth in mind, which should be much more glorious and beautiful than earth is right now, in its current state.

If God gives me this choice, I would ask God what HE thinks is best for me, then go with that.
