Focus more on doing good for others rather than on your sins. I’m not saying you should not confess your sins, but do not make them the center of your life.

1 John 4: 8-11

8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

And welcome to the forum!

That can be hard. I think if you focus in having a relationship with God and remember he made you to be with him and does not want you to go to hell and will do everything he can to help you avoid it. If you grow to love God more you will try harder not to offend him… And if you love him more you will not reject him hopefully and will be with him forever. Even if you happen to fall into grave sins you can repent

‘It is good, however, that even if love does not as yet restrain you from evil, at least the fear of
hell does. The man who casts aside the fear of God cannot continue long in goodness but will
quickly fall into the snares of the devil.’ - The Imitation of Christ
