I do not know what the Traditional title will be for Pope Benedict but for me I will think of him as my beloved Grandfather.
 
He will be called Cardinal Ratzinger. He won’t be a member of the conclave that selects the next Pope, but he will be a full Cardinal.

But he will be our Grandpa. You’re right about that.

Thank you for saying this. I wondered if he would continue to be my beloved Papa but now I know he will be my beloved Grandpapa. How precious is that?
