Thanks so much for your recs. Ideally looking for something including Teresa of Avila, John of the Cross, John Henry Neumann but also having some other non-Catholic authors like Robert Frost, Emily Dickinson, etc.

I had one of these a while back but forgot which anthology it was.

John O’Brien wrote some great stuff…find a copy of “Around the Boree Log” John O’Brien was the nom de plume of Patrick Joseph Hartigan, an Irish Catholic priest in Australia in the 19th and 20th century. A lot of his poems are quite humerous with a very strong Catholic theme through them…such as “The trimmin’s on the Rosary” and “Tangmalangaloo”.

Thanks so much! Any recommendations for a book that combines many of these poems? I’d like to have something to pray with or read before Mass. 🙂
