Patrick Madrid (“Surprised By Truth”, “Where is That In the Bible”, “How to do Apologetics”…) is a genius who has written many great Catholic books. He’s also got a radio show on Relevant Radio (available for free download on itunes).
Jimmy Aiken (“A Daily Defense”…) is good, too.
