Best friend issues

I am having a problem with my best friend. Two months ago I met a girl on Catholic singles and we started dating.(I am 22 and she is 19 almost 20) And I am saving money to go see her in April. And my best friend keeps telling me that I am moving to fast with the girl. And that I am looking to far ahead by planning to go see her in April. And everything I say he just argues with it. What should I say to get him to just but out? I know he means well but hes ticking me off. I talked to my parents and they don’t think that we are moving to fast at all. Should I just not talk about it with my best friend anymore?
 
Well, could you tell him what you just told us? Let him know that you understand his concern, but you are still going to see the girl. How would you get to really know her if you never got together with her? 🤷

I did and he kept arguing so I just am ignoring him. He says that I am planning to far ahead to go see her. I am like if I don’t start saving money now I wouldn’t be able to afford to go when April comes (I live in GA and she is in CT).
