I’m in the process of reading Augustine’s “On Christian Doctrine,” which describes a method of Bible interpretation (plus a lot more). What other Church Fathers have written similar books? Are there different “traditions” of interpretation that I can study? Anyone have some recommenations? Thanks!

You should read *Divino Afflante Spiritu *by Pius XII and Dei Verbum by Paul VI. Both available online.

Those look good. How about stuff from earlier Church Fathers? Did Aquinas have a “method” of biblical study, for example?

I highly recommend reading Scripture Matters by Scott Hahn. In addition, The Interpretation of the Bible in the Church published by the Pontifical Biblical Commission on March 18, 1994. It is availalbe online here.

Hope this helps.
