This is what the Tenth effectively means minus the lingo about the people:

The Tenth Ammendment of the Bill of Rights does not grant the Federal Government exclusive power. The Tenth Ammendment does not prevent the states from exercising powers that the Federal Government has.

Ah yes but you got the Supremecy Clause as well as the word “delegated” to include implied and express powers of the federal govt. Moreover a Commerce Clause that is huge for a capitalistic society like ours. And the Necessary and Proper clause to further beefen up Fedearal Power.

But most importantly is the Due Process Clause which binds the states to Federal Policing when it comes to state govt action that infringes on equality and personal civil rights.

So there is a lot of COnstitutional authoritiy supporting the Federal Action.

Sounds good, and I would hope we can get community rights back as well so we can ban fracking and other LULUs (locally unwanted land uses, like industrial hog farming) in our communities.

The multinationals have pretty much taken over the federal gov and the states and are nosing into local communities – politicians are pretty much their puppets, esp here in Texas, but also Florida and Wisconsin and the list goes on. They don’t mind sacrificing humans on the alter of “devoil” worship. It’s getting really bad.

You ought to see what Thomas Linzey and the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund have to say about the Constitution – how it was by, for, and of the rich land owners and their property rights to do anything they want against humanity. It wasn’t so bad back then before industrial pollution and contamination came along, but it is deadly now.

May God help us to stop this culture of death and raise awareness of how deadly it really is.
