What is the Vatican’s bioethics committee called and how can information from it be accessed? Also, does each diocese have a bioethics committee as well? Thank you!
 
The only bioethics center I’m familiar with is the National Catholic Bioethics Center in Philadelphia:

I think you can email them with questions - they get that a lot (again, I think)
