“Friends” is how he prefaces his tweets and comments on social media. He does this to show he is not against somebody. The meme is a joke because “come at me” (meaning “let’s fight”) is opposite what his preface tries to do.

Yes, his arms are quite muscular like he lifts weights. I was surprised. Rarely do I see a priest or bishop in a T-shirt. (if that is what he is wearing)
