I usually include myself in the prayer, I figure I need all the help I can get.
So if saying it for President Trump I say, “President Trump and I arise today…” and change all the pronouns to “we” and “us”.
When adding others I would say “President Trump and Amy Coney Barrett and I arise today…” etc.
