Is there a website where one can enter in a Bishop’s name and it will do like a family tree back to the apostles?

Yes, but most likely not all the way to the apostles, For Latin bishops, the 95% chance is that they will end at Scipione Cardinal Rebiba (+1577). We do not know who consecrated him.

The issue with Cardinal Rebiba is we have no definitive documentation as to his lineage, although as Deacon says, it was likely the future Pope Paul IV. So the website pretty much stops there. Thing is, we don’t know that for certain.
Today, virtually all Latin bishops trace their lineage to Cardinal Rebiba.

Why is that? Was he a bishop for a long time and consecrated a large number of Bishops from all over Europe? Was he a traveling Bishop (perhaps one of the first modern day nuncios?)

It’s primarily because of Pope Benedict XIII, whose lineage is descended from Cardinal Rebiba. He personally consecrated bishops of most major European dioceses and the dioceses of the New World. It was so massive that the other Latin lines died out.

That is an impossible task as Bishops are regional; NOT world wide. Even IF it were doable it would take a small library to hold the MANY volumes it would take to record such.

Then in Mt 28: 19 we discover Jesus EXPANDING and overriding His previous command to go ONLY to “the Jews” & NOW COMMANDS THEM to Teach the “Entire WORLD” what He Jesus taught to THEM. Amen
And notice please two points:

The OP asked for lineages, and it has been given. There is no need for a Biblical defense for no attack has been made. So I don’t even know why you’re throwing out Bible verses or talking about wolves where none are needed.
The fact is that 95% of Latin bishops trace their lineage to Cardinal Rebiba, and from him onward, we have no more certainty as to the rest of the lineage. So our records stop there.

It is my semi-informed opinion I’m knowledgable BUT NOT an expert on everything
Because the Structure of the Church even in it’s infant-grown covered a very WIDE area; and each area would have had one or MORE Bishops; it is inconceivable factually /historically that ANY sort of COMPLETE List of bishops would be extremely spotty and MOST LIKELY inaccurate
The historical succession of Bishops may have “local interest”; BUT for the Worldwide Catholic Church; not so much so:shrug:.
