Bishop scorecard

Does anyone know of a resource where the layity might be able to discern the position of each Bishop on matters of Liturgy, ecumenism, etc.?

I don’t think there is a formal scorecard anywhere. All bishops are expected to uphold the church and all its tenets. But when they fail or meander from it, that’s when we hear about it. Obviously some are more outspoken when it comes to social justice issues, particularly pro-life issues than others. Even in bishops, some are leaders and others are not so much.
