Blessed Answers from God....help me pray!

I have prayed or had prayed for me the Lord’s Prayer Matt6:9-13 for 47 years. I happened to consider it one day, as I have had a very, extremely hard life. I thought and said outloud, Lord you haven’t answered the entire Lord’s prayer yet. As I thought of all the temptation and sin I had lived in and my family, as I considered the great evil that had come against me and my home, even as a little girl. Now for seven years I try to follow the Lord strictly by His Words in the Bible, and prayer…still mostly His Lord’s Prayer. And now I pray for answers from this prayer and from Matthew 11. Also many prayers were prayed by the Savior and special to me, this prayer, He said to pray it and He prayed it with the disciples. This prayer and thanks to the blessed Catholic Christians and Jesus, this has been prayed throughout this 2007 years, just like passing a blessed torch from generation to generation, Jesus says He changes not so He is in the accension still praying this with us!!! Glory to God. But as I considered I started believing more than ever for living answers from this prayer. And all His prayers and any He will answer prayed by old prophets, He fulfills. And I hope to finally receive much peace and relief in my soul and outside my soul, as I still battle the enemy way too much. Oh Dear Jesus, that 2007 years of blessed answers would rain out of Heaven NOW!!! We need them. please all that believe in Jesus and this beautiful prayer, believe with me in Faith now…that all the Christian SAINTS and the world will begin to receive more answers from GOD than ever before in these troublesome times of the last days. Please remember with me the poor. any two believing in the name of Christ, he is in the midst and will bring it to pass…unquote from His blessed words. There can be no better prayer request than from the SAVIOR Himself. NOW, I hope for His answers. AMEN!

Firstly are you insinuating that Catholics don’t already say the Lord’s Prayer? We most certainly do, it’s said at every Mass offered every day right around the world for starters.

Secondly - no one knows the day or hour but the Father. It will come like a thief in the night. And even in St Paul’s day people were wrongly convinced that the end was imminent. It wasn’t then, and it probably isn’t now. YOUR end is the only thing you need worry about, since that is almost certainly going to happen well before the Last Day!

Don’t presume to know things (like when the end of the world will happen) that are God’s business alone :tsktsk:

I’m not sure how you read these things out of what she wrote. We are supposed to pray for the end of the world (thats what we do every time we say the Our Father) that doesn’t mean we think we know when it is.
I’m sorry OP. I thought your post was really good. Christians should all pray the Our Father and mean what we say. Sometimes the answers to long years of persistant prayer do come all in a huge shower.

I think the OP was recommending us to pray the Lord’s prayer. The post is a long paragraph; it makes it a bit hard to read.

Is there any group that doesn’t pray this prayer?

She said we’re living in the ‘end times’ - what else does that mean but the usual ‘the end of the world is nigh’ stuff?

And we pray for the Kingdom to come, sure - but that certainly doesn’t mean we’re praying for the end of the world!

As Jesus said, ‘the Kingdom of God is within you’, so with those words we’re praying for conversion of heart first and foremost. That’s why it says ‘thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven’ - if we were all following God’s will as we should be then His Kingdom would already be here as it is there.

Thank you. You are all so nice and sincere and our Blessed Lord would surely be very satisfied with your wonderful Christian help. I am going through a very difficult time. Can I be who the Lord made me? Just like you are? All I asked in a long way is this: Please help me pray for answers from God in reference to the Lord’s Prayer, and all His prayers and good Holy Spirit led prayers that I and you will receive more answers than ever before. When someone needs help or are in pain, grief or hurt they need an understanding ear and heart, okay? Is this to much to ask from some Christians? And as for the Catholics, my mom and all my people were Catholics and I was baptised Catholic as an infant. I was giving GOD glory and complementing Catholics they throughout the ages YOU have prayed the Lord’s prayer nonceasing, passing the torch from generation to generation. Good grief, I am sorry I asked for help. PPlease read with compassion from now on, what is everyone so cold hearted for? Last days…hearts will wax cold because of iniquity…says the Bible(GOD). Please anyone with a warm heart help me pray, …any two agreeing in Jesus name He is in the midst and will… Thanks and God Bless you and forgive you anyway. Jesus says…Father they know not what they do…Amen.

We prayed the Lord’s Prayer in every Mass. We also pray it when we say the rosary, and divine mercy prayer. We’ll pray for you though
