Blessing of candles - feast of the presentation of our lord in the temple

Does anyone happen to know the words of the Blessing the Priest uses to bless candles on the Feast of the Presentation? Thanks for any help you can give 🙂

ETA: For Ukrainian Catholic
 
You want the Ukrainian GCC version? Right?

Sorry I’m not familiar with the eastern tradition for Candlemas or where texts can be found.
The Roman version (1962 and previous) is in the Roman Missal, (sorry I know that’s not really what you’re asking for.)
