Blessings at another church

I am a practicing Catholic. I work at a school that is an out reach program and is run by a first United Methodist Church. I have been teaching there for two years in preschool. My question is, this year the pastor would like to do a blessing for the teachers and students during a service on Sunday . Is it OK for me to receive a blessing from that church during the Sunday service?
 
I don’t see why it wouldn’t be okay. He is going to bless you. He is not converting you.
 
There was a situation like this at my workplace.

I am a correctional officer and during a mandatory staff meeting we were shown by the native liaison what he/she brings onto a unit when performing a native soul-cleansing ritual called a “smudge” for inmates that adhere to native spirituality. There is smoke involved among other things so officers need to at least know whats going on when this happens on a unit.

At the end, the native liaison began setting himself up to perform the ritual for staff present. Only a few walked out, and if I was there I would have also
