Book ideas for a curious Jew?!

Could anyone recommend a book for this situation? My wifes cousin is a non religious jew/agnostic. I had a long conversation with him and his wife about my faith and the Jewish roots of Catholicism and he seems interested in learning more about God. I told him I would get him something to read on the matter. Does anyone know of a book to fit this situation? Since he is the analytical type, I would like to find something that showed documented miracles or something that might appeal to his intellect.

I apologize if this has been covered already, The forum has gotten huge!

Chief Rabbi of Rome, Israel Zolli, converted after the war. Zolli took the name Christian name “Eugenio” after the Pope’s given name. His autobiography is Before The Dawn: Autobiographical Reflections (New York: Sheed and Ward, 1954).

Zolli is often pilloried by the Jewish and Protestant communities. With the benefit of hindsight, Zolli is accused of anything and everything to diminish his conversion to Catholicism.

I just saw Mr. Schoeman on “Journey Home” on EWTN, and my friend just read this book and she is RAVING over it. She is a great catholic… and her raves are worth gold.

I too have read and enjoyed this book and have heard Roy Schoeman on EWTN radio a number of time (incling on Catholic Answers Live). In fact, it explains ALOT about the mindset of certain muslim factions in the Middle East.
